My services are listed below. I’m detailed oriented, so when we start working together I’ll give you more information so you always know where we are in the process, and what to expect next.
Here’s an overview of my basic residential real estate services.
Staging
Home staging doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time. Home staging creates a welcome atmosphere and each room looks appealing.
Try these tips to stage your own home.
Or have one of our professionals help you!
We also offer Home Revival! Maybe you don’t want to move, you just want to feel like you have a new home! Ask us about our Home Revival offer.
Photography
Nowadays the first showing of your home happens online. We hire professional photographers that only specialize in Real Estate Photography, who know the angles and lighting techniques to show your home in its best light. A virtual tour is also created combining photos and any video taken of your home.
Lynne’s List
Service Providers and Contractors
You’ve undoubtedly heard of Angie’s List, Lynne’s List of contractors and service providers come with impeccable references and with high expectations.
“The performance of my recommended providers is a direct reflection on me so you can be sure these folks are highly vetted before they make the list.”
From Asbestos remediation to Zebra print staging pillows, and everything in between let us know what you need and we will recommend a service provider.
“Lynne is a true professional. She is helpful with suggestions, concerns and questions. But she also has a caring heart to help you find the home you want. Never did I feel I was intruding on her time. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell a home. When I put the bid on my new home my mom passed away. I was in tremendous stress. But Lynne walked along with me on buying my new home and selling my old home. She kept me focused and gave me strength. How many realtors drop everything to help you in that type of situation. Kudos and gratitude to Lynne for her knowledge and assistance.” —Barb Ziegler
